- New Product Process Design: Lead process flow design for new product introductions; complete PFMEA development and SOP documentation.
- Production Line Optimization: Optimize existing production line processes using IE methods (time studies, line balancing analysis) to improve efficiency.
- Production Issue Resolution: Analyze daily production anomalies (e.g., yield fluctuations, equipment downtime); lead root cause analysis to resolve process defects caused by materials/equipment/environment (e.g., poor soldering joints, coating bubbles).
- Process Standardization: Establish and maintain process parameter control standards; manage BOM updates and process routing changes.
- Automation & Monitoring: Drive process automation initiatives; monitor process execution via MES systems; implement SPC dashboards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Conduct DFM reviews with R&D; train production teams on new processes.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Full-time bachelor??s degree or higher.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on process engineering experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD and quality analysis tools.
- Expertise in granular material processing and batch production capability.
- Competencies:
- Strong data analysis and processing skills.
